AFFILIATE WITH FCCAF

Every FertilityCare Practitioner who offers the CREIGHTON MODEL FertilityCare System (CrMS) must do so via a FertilityCare Center associated with FCCAF. Each FCCAF associated center must designate one FertilityCare Practitioner as the "Responsible Practitioner," who is responsible for ensuring that the center follows FCCAF guidelines.

Affiliation with a FertilityCare Center has a number of advantages, including:

  • Member of a Creighton FertilityCare System (CrMS) network nationally and globally
  • Be part of a team that provides reproductive services that are both moral and professional..
  • Having exclusive access to all CrMS teaching materials, supplies, and updates supplied under a protected name Such items can only be purchased by authorized centers.
  • Having access to Creighton Model FertilityCare Services advertising materials. Brochures, pamphlets, and other promotional materials will be included when they are created.
  • Being able to build a formal partnership with Creighton Model Medical Consultants.
  • Receiving a certificate of affiliation suitable for framing
